Howard was born in Philadelphia, initially aspired to be an FBI agent but chose to attend law school instead. After graduating, he became an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, New York, where he honed his trial skills while prosecuting serious felonies in a bustling environment. Transitioning to civil law, he established himself as one of the top trial attorneys in New York City, all while nurturing his passion for writing. In 2024, he fulfilled a lifelong dream with the release of his first novel, "Funding Eden." He now resides back in the Philadelphia area with his beloved wife Annie. As high school sweethearts, they reconnected after 40 years apart in 2020 and married shortly thereafter.
